Terms and Conditions

  • VelocityInfo provides certain software-related services and you expressed an interest in working as a trainee or employee of VelocityInfo and receiving such software training.
  • VelocityInfo shall provide training to the consultant in the registered course.
  • The Consultant should participates and completes the training from VelocityInfo, Consultant completes such training and upon starting marketing and upon submitting the updated resume as per the requirements, and upon clearing the vendor submissions, secure and will try to coordinate at least three Interviews between Consultant and current or prospective VelocityInfo clients who may be interested in utilizing Consultants services. (Not Applicable if consultant has restrictions.)
  • The consultant can record the sessions and review any number of times.
  • Consultant shall diligently complete the training contemplated and shall attend all classes, seminars, and other scheduled tasks that are part of that training. Consultant should makes himself or herself available for all of the Interviews. If Consultant fails to participate in the training or fail to be available for VelocityInfo presentations/ mock-interviews, or fail to attend interviews with VelocityInfo clients, VelocityInfo will be relieved of all of its obligations under this Agreement, and will be entitled to retain the Security Deposit.
  • Consultant should work with the Company after the placement for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Consultant shall pay to VelocityInfo an agreed upon fee (Security Deposit). If Consultant is employed by VelocityInfo, VelocityInfo will refund the Security Deposit to Consultant after Two months of his/her payroll.
  • VelocityInfo does not guarantee a job to the Consultant, with the completion of the training. The dedicated team at VelocityInfo will continuously work with the consultant & help him/her to market his/her profile. VelocityInfo will give only job assistance to the consultant.

Return/ Refund Policy

  • VelocityInfo will process the refund If the cancellation request received by the card holder within 48 hours of subscribing, 5% will be deducted as administration fee.
  • If we receive the cancellation request after 48 hours of subscribing no refund will be made.

Note: Valid refunds will be processed within 6 days of receipt of the refund request.

  • To make a transaction on velocityInfo.com website, you are bound to pay for that transaction.
  • Please pay close attention to your payment details such as total bill, taxes, shipping costs, discounts.
  • There are certain products which require additional terms and conditions which you have to agree before you make the purchase.
  • We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to any products to any services sold on or through VelocityInfo.

VelocityInfo reserves the right to modify, change terms without prior notice.
